- Session replays only activate during errors (if enabled) to help us debug
3. Security and Performance Data (via Cloudflare)
- IP addresses for security protection and abuse prevention
- Request patterns to detect and block attacks
- Performance metrics to keep the site fast
- Geographic region for CDN optimization
- User agent strings to identify bot traffic
- Request frequency to prevent service abuse
- Note: This data is primarily used for security and is retained temporarily

- To block spam, reduce abuse, protect against threats
- Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection (may store security tokens)

- Note: Since we proxy through Cloudflare, they see all requests to our site
Google LLC - Google Analytics (Analytics)

Data Controller: Bluevial is the data controller for any personal data processed through our services.
Where Data Lives
- Your content: Only in your browser (localStorage/memory)
- Analytics: Google's servers (aggregated, they retain for 26 months)
- Error logs: Sentry's US servers (scrubbed of personal data, they retain for 90 days)
- Security logs: Cloudflare's global network (they retain temporarily for security purposes)
- Website files: Vercel (hosting) and Cloudflare's global CDN
Note: We don't store data ourselves. The retention periods listed are how long our service providers keep data. When data is processed by our service providers globally, appropriate safeguards are in place.

Important Note About Analytics
Since we don't have user accounts and Google Analytics data is anonymized, we cannot identify or delete "your" specific analytics data. We literally cannot tell which data belongs to which visitor. However, you can prevent future tracking using the opt-out tools mentioned above.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected such information, we will promptly delete it.

Bluevial is a work in progress. We currently offer free tools and continuously work to improve them based on user feedback and available resources. We may add new features and tools in the future.
