These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services available at https://www.bluevial.com/, including the Bluevial Fromatter / Editor and any other browser-based tools provided by Bluevial Studio, LLC ("Bluevial", "we", "us", or "our") on this site at no cost and without login (collectively referred to here as the "Services").

By using these Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Note for Organizations: If you are using these Services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and represent that you have the authority to bind it.

AS-IS BASIS: The Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Technical Note: Some text styling features use special character encoding that may display differently across devices, browsers, or platforms.

Browser Support: The editor works best on modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Some features may not work on older browsers.

Accessibility: We strive to make our services accessible to users with disabilities, though some features may have limitations.

We DO our best to:

  • Keep the service running smoothly
  • Fix bugs when we find them
  • Protect against security threats (via Cloudflare and other tools)

7. If Something Goes Wrong

Given that the Services do not store your data:

  • Our maximum liability is limited to what you paid us ($0)

You agree that we are not responsible or liable for any harm caused by how you or others use content generated through the Services. You assume full responsibility for ensuring your use is lawful and appropriate in all jurisdictions and contexts.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials).

8. Access Limitations and Protection Enforcement

Legal Remedies

No Rights Granted

DMCA and Copyright Infringement

Trademark Protection

The Bluevial name, logo, and service names are our trademarks. You may not use them without express written permission.

Enforcement

We actively monitor for unauthorized use of our technical implementations and will pursue all available legal remedies against infringers, including claims for copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and unfair competition.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bluevial and its developers from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services, including content you create or share
  • Your violation of technical access restrictions
  • Unauthorized use of our proprietary implementations
  • Disclosure of confidential technical information
  • Use of our approaches in competing products or services
  • Any breach of trade secret or confidentiality obligations
  • Any breach of these Terms of Service

This indemnification includes all legal costs, damages, and expenses incurred in enforcement actions, including reasonable attorney fees.

15. Age Requirement
